I'm a financial advisor looking for a reliable, detail-oriented administrative assistant to help me stay organized, improve efficiency, and deliver better service to my clients. You'll support a variety of tasks that keep the business running smoothly—20 hours a week to start, with potential for more as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize client documentation (KYC, onboarding, updates)
Prepare meeting summaries and follow-up emails
Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., client contact info, notes)
Book and confirm client appointments
Assist with compliance paperwork and scheduling
Help with light marketing tasks (e.g., newsletter drafts, event coordination)
Must-Have Skills:
Experience in an administrative or financial services role
Strong written and verbal communication
Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM tools (experience with Salesforce or similar is a bonus)
Discreet and professional—client confidentiality is non-negotiable
What You Can Expect:
20 flexible hours/week
$25-$35/hour depending on experience
A mix of remote work and occasional in-person meetings in Steveston
